We recently obtained planning permission for a new house in Green Belt, AONB in the Chilterns. One of two tired bungalows (the other had approval for replacement by a HUF House), our scheme in contrast, took precedent from the surrounding context of fields, roofs and agricultural buildings. The contemporary form was supported by planning and we are to commence construction information and tender for completion on site next year. We are providing a full traditional service with contract administration.
