We were approached by our Client V10 Homes Ltd to look at a substantial site in Colchester. The site is currently in industrial use and is now surplus to the operational requirements of its owners.

Its location within a predominantly residential area make the site an obvious opportunity for redevelopment as a significant residential site, capable of delivering up to 100 units.

Our scheme proposed the use of OSM technology (Off Site Manufacture) to deliver a scheme comprising 96 units, arranged as a mix of 1,2,3 and 4 bed units, along with Planning Policy compliant levels of public open space, private amenity space and car parking.
